oVer 30 Diet Tips
Hey Guys just a gentle reminder to get your diet diary started.
This is beneficial for those off us who are very greedy, lol and have a very low metabolic rate. Remember when you get to our age it is much harder to get off and keep off the weight so write, write, write and scare yourself into shape. When you write down what you eat on a daily basis you will see why you just can't lose that weight. it could be a number of reasons maybe poor diet combinations, bad timing when you eat heavy foods like at night.
Some of us make it a habit of eating late at nights or snacking and we do this following slim people like my sister Alana. She will encourage us to eat knowing fully well her body works it off within the hour and we take months. So guys we have to be our body's guardians and get you little writing pad or note book and write what you eat and how much water you drink so you can keep track off it.
And PLEASE DRINK an 8 ounce glass of water every hour
