Blog History

My blog began a long time ago, maybe over a year or so but I'm only now developing it on the internet. 


I really get more & more motivated every day to write my thoughts when I see my dad eating "healthy" for years & now he has all sorts off  health issues. He gave up enjoying life to live a regimented life that in the end failed him miserably. This is why I now promote being oVer 30 & LoVing IT!!  Family is important and we have to keep an eye on our own and make sure they are taking care off themselves.
Now I enjoy listening to people, not to mention making them laugh and also feel comfortable around me and helping them realize that there is more to life and we need to do everything in moderation but have fun doing it.

We will look at being ourselves, laughing and being brave enough to BE OURSELVES


Creating this blog is very time consuming but i love it and hope you will love it too.

So peeps remember to "treat everyone the way you want to be treated"

Bullying @ Schools

Hi Peeps good night!! Part 3 off our topic.... I just wanted to add some thoughts on this topic that is rampant in all schools world wide. Last time we were looking @ peer pressure as another contributing factor to Bullying @ Schools. It is so sad when a child has to stoop to any level to fit in with the crowd. These kids want to belong at school and there are kids who prey on these type off kids. But what causes it, low self esteem, fear of the other kids or maybe insecurities that are born from the home? When parents can't find or make time for their kids then these kids, especially if they are easily influenced will find comfort with the wrong crowd or group off people. I try my best to spend time with my family as a whole and individually and I also factor in "My Time"

As Busy As A Bee

Hey guys its been a while since we've chatted, I'm busy, busy, busy as a bee!!! You know I love blogging with you guys but I have an exam next month and the stress is making me feel so sick these days. My plan initially was to finish this course this year but things look a tad bit grim, so i am forced to cross my fingers and toes.   I usually get a lift from looking and green plants and surroundings so here are a couple green plants that help to lift my spirits. I just love these green plants, I'm not to much in love with flowered plants, maybe roses ONLY!!!  Do continue to have a blessed, fun filled and safe day my peeps!!
