I'm Back Guys!!!

It's been a while. Did anyone miss me?? I'm back it's been a while but I had an exam and wanted to give it my all. Well I failed by 3 marks so I'm back at my blog and the books. Not leaving out anything again especially my blog. So the plan is family, work, exercise, blog and Netflix...lol So folks it's bed time and I start studies later today. I have lots to make up for will let you know how it all is going down later today. Hugs n kisses

As Busy As A Bee

Hey guys its been a while since we've chatted, I'm busy, busy, busy as a bee!!! You know I love blogging with you guys but I have an exam next month and the stress is making me feel so sick these days. My plan initially was to finish this course this year but things look a tad bit grim, so i am forced to cross my fingers and toes.   I usually get a lift from looking and green plants and surroundings so here are a couple green plants that help to lift my spirits. I just love these green plants, I'm not to much in love with flowered plants, maybe roses ONLY!!!  Do continue to have a blessed, fun filled and safe day my peeps!!

More Diet & Exercise Tips..

Hey guys I'm back with some more diet and exercise tips and reminders. If you have diabetes in your family like mine do ensure you watch what you eat and try to exercise for the max every day at least 30 mins a day or every other day for at least 2o mins. Remember to have your glass off water every hour, there is flavored water for those off us who don't like plain water. Remember to write down in your diary or journal what you eat on a daily basis until you can control your daily intake. Remember everyone is different and the diet and exercise plan that your friend is on may not work for you so design yours to suit your daily lifestyle commitments. Remember to weigh yourself at the end off the week and journal it to see how you are progressing. Also guys remember as you exercise you need to change up your workout routine because your body will get accustomed and stop shedding the weight.
